Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Metal scoops and bowls were stored in the bags of sugar with handle part in direct contact with the food.
2. Roller bins were dry foods were stored were not covered.
3. Floor 3 and 4 serveries were using non-food grade disinfectant to disinfect food surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Move the metal scoops and bowls away from dry foods and store them in a separate location. Handle part should not be in contact with the food to prevent contamination.
2. Roller bins must be properly covered to protect dry food from contamination.
3. Discussed the issues with the food service manager, Servery surfaces must be sanitized with food-grade sanitizer.

- Behind the ice machine.

- Walk-in freezer functional.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 quats sanitizer available from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at the plate level.
- Hot holding units not being used at the time.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Foodsafe level 1 is verified at the time of inspection.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.

*Discussed the cooler procedure of soup with the food services manager, recommend to use ice bath and freezer to rapidly cool down hot soup.
*Discussed plastic trays with raw meats stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Please remind staff to not the these trays on food contact surfaces.
