Routine inspection conducted and the following observations were made:

No dine-in services were provided at the time of inspection.

Temperature (coolers to be maintained at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less):
- All coolers including display and walk in cooler were maintained at 4C or less.
- Stand up freezers (x2) were recorded at -16C and -17C.
- As per the operator, icing for the cakes does not exceed more than 2 hours at room temperature and is stored in cooler when not in use.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All food products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored away from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Hand wash station (x2) were adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available and the concentration of bleach noted at 200ppm.
- 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs available. Proper steps for manual dishwashing were discussed during inspection.
- Utensils/dishes were found in sanitary condition.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
