Sink plugs have been obtained by operator, staff is aware of proper manual warewashing procedures
Facility has been cleaned, walls noted to be free of grease and debris build up. Some additional cleaning required on the wall under the flat top grill counter and on the walls around the rice cooker and telephone, as well as water supply piping to the handsink. Clean this area on a more frequent basis.
