Follow-up inspection conducted.

The sanitizer spray bottles and pails had 100-200 ppm chlorine residual - GOOD
Hand washing sinks were accessible. Ensure they are kept clear of obstructions.
No used gloves were found stored for reuse in food preparation areas.
Rice scoops were stored in ice.
Staff removed the cardboard that was taped to the chest freezer at the time of inspection. Do not use cardboard to line surfaces. All food contact surfaces must be smooth and easy to clean.
