The store sells only pre-packaged candies, confectionery items and various packaged dry foods imported from Japan, Korean and Taiwan. * Some pre-packaged candies and other items did not include English language labels providing information as to the common name of the products and list of ingredients/allergens. As per CFIA rules, all pre-packaged products must be labelled in English as per CFIA labelling requirements. Please follow up with your suppliers regarding providing labels conforming to CFIA's requirements for each and every pre-packaged food sold. Perishable items in the display case < 4 C Hot holding of pre-packaged ( cans) of tea and coffee ranged 45-55 C. These items do not require temperature control for safety. Upright coolers below 4 C. General sanitation is.satisfactory.
