All items in coolers are covered with food grade wrap or in original packaging. Operator sets aside rejected products. Thank you. Shelves for packaging and dry storage products are organized and clean, no food residue or crumbs inside. Clean counters, free of food debris. Packaging area is free of food debris. Bleach sanitizer refilled during the inspection, 100ppm, thank you. Dishwasher final rinse temperature >71C. Scooped Ice cream (Seasonal summer item): Freezer <-18C. Dipper well not being used. No service at the time of inspection. Scoop stored in small container with cloudy water at the time of inspection. Operator cleaned and sanitized immediately, thank you.
