Routine inspection: Hand sink after correction provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 3 compartment sink available for use. 2 compartment utility sink also available for use. Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Dishwasher registers 73 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. General sanitation is satisfactory. 2 door cooler at 4 degrees C. Dry storage room clean and organized. Left freezer at -15 degrees C. Right freezer at -24 degrees C. Permit posted on cabinet door in kitchen. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
