Overall, facility is maintained in a sanitary manner

-Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water. Ensure a garbage bin is in close proximity to each station.

-Prep coolers are at 4C
-Display coolers are at 4C
-Freezers are all in working condition

Storage:
-Dry storage is satisfactory. Ensure all food items are covered.
-Cold storage is satisfactory. Stored in a sanitary manner. Ensure all food items are covered.

Sanitation:
-Food contact surface sanitizer achieves 100ppm chlorine. Replace solution when it becomes cloudy/dirty
