-Follow-up inspection to January 20, 2020.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing). Chemical dishwasher chlorine concentration is being checked and recorded daily and concentration ranges between 50ppm to 100ppm.
-Equipment was generally found to be clean and sanitary.
-Sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled. Ensure all spray bottles are relabelled to identify their contents to prevent accidental mixing or misuse of chemicals.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the facility.
-Did not observe used shopping bags being used to store food items at the time of inspection.
