Follow-up inspection conducted to verify employee hygiene and sanitizing practices.
- Sanitizing pails in food preparation areas contain 200 ppm chlorine residual
- Handwashing stations are adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Ensure that sushi chefs at front use the front handwash station, and kitchen workers use the handwashing sink at the back
- No evidence of gloves being re-used at time of inspection - good
