Routine inspection: -cooler at 1C -freezer at -18C -hot dogs are only food served -handwashing and dishwashing signs posted -FoodSafe certificates posted, main food service operator has certificate valid until 2019 *bleach/water spray bottle at 200ppm chlorine - obtain new bottle of bleach *handsink in the front is covered by a cutting board and new coffee machine --> this must be moved to allow easy handwashing in the front, right now two compartment dishwashing sink is being used
