-Walk-in cooler 4 deg C
-Wiping towels at waists are only for hot plating as per operator -okay
-Kitchen cleaning of food contact surfaces are paper towels and spray sanitizer
-Shatter shield in place at dishpit area
-Daily Temperature logs maintained for washers and fridges
-No personal cups nor eating/drinking in the kitchen areas observed

Multi-use form received for Trattoria, NOSH and the Mini-bar
-Your Health Permits for NOSH and the Mini-Bar should be sent within the next few weeks -post conspicuously when received
