Follow up inspection conducted.
Domestic cooler in the kitchen was at 4C and thermometers available. Ensure to monitor unit daily to ensure food products are stored less than or equal to 4C.
Domestic beverage cooler in the store area is not in good working order as temperature of the unit is at 10C. Unit can only be used to store non-potentially hazardous foods such as bottled water or pop.
