- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Coolers are ≤ 4°C - Freezers are ≤ 18°C - Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing - 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available - No signs of pests observed - Premise is well lit - COVID-19 Safety Plan is in place Note: - Floors behind service counters are coming loose. Repairs are in progress. - Ensure cleaning is done regularly underneath the cooking area. - Ensure water is not left to accumulate near dishwashing area. Operator will install door sweep at dry storage area to keep water out. Ensure all items are kept off the floor.
