Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cheese curds, Whip Cream and Butter are between 7.9C-10.4C on top and bottom.
Thermometer shows around 7C (at the far back).
Temperature taken at beginning and end of inspection, unlikely due to defrost cycle considering the length of time. And unlikely due to refill issue since all items were stored in walk in cooler and simply transferred to this cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Move to working cooler.
Monitor temperature of this cooler and ensure that it is 4C before putting in food items.

Observation: 1. Lights in dry storage area at the back at receiving do not work.
No light available for cleaning or inspection.
2. Gap in door sweep under back door, light showing through.
3. Corners and underneath racks at back storage area have food debris and potential rodent droppings in left hand corner.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace light bulbs.
2. Replace door seal.
3. After light is installed, ensure there is routine cleaning of all areas underneath racks.
