Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles bleached out test strip; concentrations > 200ppm.
Educated owner that proper bleach sanitizer concentration shoudl be within 100-200ppm. The mix ratio is: 0.5tsp household unscented bleach (5.25%) to 1L water

Observation: 1. Build up of food debris/packaging in corners of walk in cooler/freezers
2. Build up of ice starting in walk-in freezer; this may lead to contamination of food products as well as damage to cooling unit. Owner has stated they are looking into installing an air curtain unit to prevent humidity from entering unit when door is opened.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please include areas as part of regular cleaning
