Comments

- Hand sink in production area and in washroom were properly equipped with paper towels, as well as liquid soap and hot and cold running water. Ensure to keep hand wash stations fully stocked at all times.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in a spray bottle. Ensure to mix only 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre water for proper concentrations. Work surfaces must be washed with hot soapy water, then reinsed with hot clean water, then sanitized with bleach solution and allowed to air dry.
