- Hand wash stations satisfactory except the staff wash room. Paper towels in the staff wash room provided during the inspection.
- All cooler and cooling sure shot machine ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Walk in freezer and beef patty freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- Hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius
- temperature logs in place. Ensure all staff is clear on using degree Celsius or Fahrenheit.
- 3 compartment sink set up with 200 ppm quats
- 100 ppm Cl solution available for wiping cloths
- time stamps not in place due to broken time stamp gun. Use an alternate method if the gun is not available
- food safe level 1 trained staff available
