Both handwashing stations were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 74.6 degrees C (minimal required: 71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate level.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 82 degrees C (180 degrees F) for at least 10 seconds at the gauge level during the final rinse cycle.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and drain plugs.
Standup two door refrigeration unit was at or below 4 degrees C and it was equipped with a thermometer.
Chest freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Probe thermometer was available on-site.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
