Mew with owner and we discussed the following: - all wiping clothes to be stored in the approved sanitizer/ bleach. Bleach is used in the spray bottle but clothes have been left just on the kitchen counters. - cleaning of this facility is required / walls/ doors/ windows/ 2 kitchen staff have a food safe level 1 Daily temperature logs need to be up to date and posted for easy recording and monitoring.
