Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Washroom paper towel dispenser was empty. No food service was taking place during the inspection.

Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach solutions were refilled to 100 ppm. Remember that 1 tsp. per liter is all that is required.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
Hand sink in the kitchen supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Discussed the usage of the kitchen during the inspection.
