Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. General sanitation is adequate. 3 compartment sink set up adequately for manual dishwashing. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers measured at adequate temperature - products in frozen state. Hot holding (gravy, fries, patties, etc.) measured at 60C or higher. Items time tracked for room temperature holding. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
