Observation: 1. Dishware and utensils are dried flat on towels or buckets.

2. Main floor washroom door opens directly to seating area that is also used for an eating area
Corrective Action(s): 1. Obtain drying racks to more effectively dry your dishes

2.Washroom door needs to be self-closing -install a self-closing mechanism on the door (door does not have to shut tight just close for odour control)

Temperature Controls:
-Domestic fridge 3 deg C -ensure perishables are kept no longer then 7 days here depending on food

Domestic style washer on-site: provided BCCDC Guideline for Domestic Washers -review pages 2-3 as it applies for your washer -the Sanitizer Option must be selected with the light illuminated throughout the cycle

Chemical Controls:
-Bleach sanitizer spray >100ppm chlorine residual as per test strips used with paper towels -okay
-Lysol disinfectant wipes okay as well (QUAT based)

NOTE:
Daily tracking sheets should be maintained for your fridge -template provided

General Sanitation
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Abell Pest Control comes in monthly -no activity as per last report -live traps and UV fly traps on-site

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
