Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were less than 4C. QUAT sanitizer spray bottles available in the cold processing room. All noted to have 200 ppm QUAT. General organization and sanitation noted satisfactory. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
