Change solution at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer (daily or more if needed). Corrective Action(s): Wax applicator sticks are single use and must be discarded after each use (after each time they touch a client's skin). Operator discarded old sticks. Routine Inspection DBA 'Fade Crew Barber Shop' General Comments: -Handwashing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. -Barbicide available but not properly used (see above). -Clippercide available. -Disposable sharps container available. -Low level disinfectant used for chairs and hair washing sink. Overall sanitation and cleanliness of faciltiy requires attention. Garbage overflowing and stations not cleaned after client's leave. Each station should be cleaned after each client and implements should be disinfected immediately or put away in a designated area. Note: Facility has approval for hair services only as per the initial inspection and application. Facility is provided the following additional services without approval: waxing, facials and eyebrow tinting. Do not provide these additional services until an infection control plan is provided and a follow-up inspection is carried out. Follow-up inspection required.
