Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection quats sanitizer concentration in spray bottle well over 400ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Follow manufacturer directions on dilution of bulk quats. Dilute to 200ppm and have available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Verify concentration using available test strips.
