-Temp of all coolers and freezers - not checked- laser thermometer malfunctioning
- Hot holding units > 60 o C
-Dishwasher temp >71 oC at plate
-Ice machine is clean and sanitary - Ice scoop are kept out of machine
-Foods are stored properly and covered no safety issues noted at time of visit
- No sign of pests noted at time of visit
-Bleach solution in spray bottle and bucket in front cooking area >100 ppm
- paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink
-General sanitation is very good at time of visit - keep it up .

- Good improvement noted in facility

** Still the up stair storage area is not accessible without risk- keep it clean and just a freezer not other foods storage is allowed up there.
