Handsinks all fully stocked. Bleach sanitizer @100ppm with spray bottles labelled. Wiping clothes stored inside sanitizer. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. All food properly wrapped in the chest freezer, all raw chicken stored in plastic bags. Screen door repaired but not secure enough. Please ensure there is no gap when the screen door is used. Cleaning done but hard to reach areas still need more work.
