- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- 2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- Ice machine in clean condition.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Downstairs dry storage area is well organized and food items are stored on wire racks off the floor. No coolers/freezers inside the storage unit.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control is done through the mall management.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
- Please post the Operating Permit correctly in a conspicuous location.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Toppings (ie tapioca pearls) stored at room temperature for max 2 hrs. Immediately begin time stamps.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers. This will be verified during the next routine inspection.
- All coolers/freezers equipped with working thermometers.
