- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer detected at the dispenser in the sink
- High temp dishwasher achieved 74C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Temperature log is in use in a consistent manner
- Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner
- Utensils (Pitchers, ice scoops, spoons) are washed and sanitized in the dishwasher every 2hours
- Ice bins are washed and sanitized daily
