Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Sanitizer was not used to sanitize food contact surfaces. No sanitizer solution immediately available. Employees explained that they washed surfaces with detergent and baking soda. Sanitizer is required for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Bleach on site.

Observation: There was an abundance of flies near the potatoes/onions and near the big, open roller doors. Pests such as flies may carry disease causing organisms that can contaminate food and food contact surfaces.
Correction: Install additional UV light trap (1) and/or air curtains above the entrances to keep flies out of the premises if you wish to keep doors open. Otherwise, keep all doors and windows shut. Address this issue.

- Handsinks had hot + cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
