Mice can consume the poison then leave the box. Poison can potentially be tracked onto food contact surfaces. Several cone boxes observed with droppings inside. Clutter still observed in the back room area. One deceased mouse observed near the bait box in the back room area Corrective Action(s): Remove the bait boxes and clean and sanitize food contact surfaces as discussed. Cone boxes were removed to be discarded. Remove the clutter and continue to clean all the hard to reach areas where droppings are still present.
