- Take out foods are in operation since Friday- Application is provided to the operator to fill out to re-open the restaurant.

-Bakery and take out shares walk in cooler

-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink in kitchen
-Foods are labelled properly with date of prep
-Quats sanitizer >200ppm
-Cooling stick is being used for cooling- good
-Temp dishwasher >71 oC at plate.

Discussed:
-Monitor temp of all cooler and keep a log sheet
-Provide sanitizer test strip to monitor concentration of sanitizer being used. (once daily and record)
