Upstairs Staff Room: Handsink fully stocked with hot and cold running water available. Fridge not used by child care centre. Upstairs Kitchen: Handsink fully stocked. Fridge not used by child care centre. Downstairs refrigerator 3 C; freezer compartment - 11 C. Staff advised dishes done in staff room domestic dishwasher, or manually warewashed in upstairs kitchen via 3 compartment sink method, as per posted washing/sanitizing instructions. Lunch items usually sandwiches, vegetables. Breakfast items usually pancakes, French toast, eggs.
