Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray sanitizer too strong > 200 ppm chlorine, test strip was bleached out.
Corrective Action(s): Reviewed proper sanitizer formulation with staff, remember, 1/2 - 1 tsp bleach: 1 L of water.

Downstairs refrigerator 3 C; freezer compartment - 11 C.
Staff advised dishes done in staff room domestic dishwasher, or manually warewashed in upstairs kitchen via 3 compartment sink method, as per posted washing/sanitizing instructions.

Lunch items usually sandwiches, vegetables.
Breakfast items usually pancakes, French toast, eggs.
