Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blender is sanitized at the end of the night. Blender is only washed throughout the day
Corrective Action(s): Blender must be sanitized every 2 hours to prevent potential cross contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handwash station and washroom handwash stations did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. SIngle use paper towels were replaced at the time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure foods are stored off the ground to prevent potential contamination of foods.

Observation: Windex and bottle of concentrated beach were unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Containers will need to be relabelled as needed.

Observation: Staff members on-site did not have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training. Operator was not on-site at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): In the absence of the operator, at least one person must have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training. Either additional staff require FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training, or operator is to remain on-site at all times.

-Under counter freezer was at -19C.
-Chest freezer was at -21C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary.
-Raw eggs were stored at the lowest shelf.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
