Corrective Action(s): Label all spray bottle properly identifying contents. Spray bottles used in the kitchen content was 200ppm quats sanitizer for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Correct immediately.

Routine inspection:

Main kitchen hand sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
200ppm quats available for use. Quats sanitizer is diluted from a bulk solution. Staff verify concentration with test strips.
Dishwasher registers 74 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Servery area glass washer registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
Preparation coolers (2) inserts and lower sections at below 4 degrees C.
Sliding glass door coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
Glass door freezer at -15 degrees C.
Serving area under the counter cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer at -14 degrees C.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.

Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, hot holding, and dishwasher final rinse temperature.
