Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: 1) Ice machine has a build up of mildew
2) Quats dispenser at 50ppm
Correction: 1) -machine needs to be emptied, scrubbed with soap and water, then sanitized with Quats solution
2) staff instructed how to manually mix Quats solution. Staff have test strips and will ensure Quats at 200ppm at all times

-hand sink at the front is fully equipped with soap and paper towels, and isn't blocked by equipment etc
-quats dispenser has been adjusted so it provides 200ppm at all times. Staff know how to test it with test strips
-ice machine has been cleaned
