Routine inspection is conducted:
- Hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottle at 200 ppm.
- Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary condition. Chlorine based sanitizer used for sanitizing the dishwasher
- High temperature dishwasher is available and measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at dish level
- Walk-in cooler measured at 2C
- Walk-in freezer and freezer in front retail area measured at -18C or colder.
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Ensure floors in corners are cleaned regularly
- Pest control in place.
