-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -11C.
-Display coolers (3 units) were at 4C.
-Customer area coolers were at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Soups were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 76C on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing)..
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-2-compartment sink Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer sanitized every 2 hours and broken down for cleaning and sanitizing every 4 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Soup area in the customer area had a sneeze guard and separate scoops for each container.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control. Minor evidence of pest infestation - significant improvements noted in pest issues. Continue to monitor for pest activity.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until 18-May-2028.
