Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two door prep cooler air and food temperatures measured at about 13 - 13.5 C. This is in the temperature danger zone and previous inspection noted that this cooler was not to be used to store potentially hazardous foods unless it was fixed and could keep them at 4 C or colder.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) stored in this cooler for more than 2 hours with food temperature >4C (13-13.5 C measured) were discarded during inspection. Do not use this cooler unless it can keep all PHFs at 4 C / 40 F or colder. Keep twice daily records for this cooler.

Observation: Mouse droppings noted on floor in kitchen and especially in dry storage area and under dishwashing sinks. Traps that were checked during inspection were empty.
Corrective Action(s): Evidence of continued pest control problem. Premises must be kept clean and free of pests.
As mentioned previously:
- clean and repair any water leaks
- seal all holes where pests may enter
- remove unneeded items
- continue with licenced pest control (email copy of latest report to Fraser Health)
- continue to monitor for pests.
