Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk in BlueAir milk cold station probed at 14.9C. Potentially hazardous foods, such as milk, must not be held at greater than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius for longer than 2 hours, as their is potential for pathogen growth at elevated temperature.
Corrective Action(s): 5 milk jugs discarded during the inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops stored directly in bulk bins. Hands touch scoops and may contaminate the foods inside the bins. Repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Scoops immediately washed and sanitized. Scoops must not be stored within the bins. Operator in the process of ordering separate bins that store scoops on outside.

Any cooler and freezer holding potentially hazardous foods must have their temperature recorded on the chart to ensure that foods are held at appropriate temperature. This will ensure that corrective action can occur when cooler/freezer is not working properly.
