A follow up inspection was performed due to routine inspection MKIM-CTUTJN and the following observations were observed:
- Sushi display cooler measured at 3C
- Issue with air intake for the sushi display cooler compressor.
- Ensure to clean the air intake grid on a weekly basis
- No pests observed on site
- Back door and front doors kept closed at the time of inspection.
