Facility is still not making any food. Only serving prepacked food and dispensing coffee. - Handwashing station by the self serve coffee machine fully equipped. - All coolers that are in use measure 4C and below - All freezers that are in use measure -18C and below - Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces >>> 1tsp bleach to 1L water - No signs of pests, professional pest control monitors monthly. - Store well maintained. Note: - please ensure staff has valid FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent if resuming use of kitchen again - Ice machine observe to have mold/mildew growth on the panel inside the cabin. Currently not in use due to broken soda machine. >>>>Please empty, clean, and sanitize before use. - Kitchen will need to be declutter, cleaned, and sanitized if it is to resume operations. >>> Please consult with EHO before reopening.
