Routine inspection.
Note: Dining area is currently closed. Facility is being used for the preparation of food items for other locations owned by same operator.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walkin cooler at 4c and equipped with thermometer.
Freezer at -20c.
Note: insert cooler is no longer being used and is currently empty (no food storage)
All foods are located off the floor.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration.
All equipment is in clean condition.
Recommendation: Ensure to clean walkin cooler on routine basis (ie. weekly)
Pest control is in place and no pest activity was noted during time of inspection.
Overall facility is in sanitary condition.
