Observation: Inside of ice machine requires manual cleaning. Ice usage- to store individually packaged coffee creamers and wash lettuce/vegetables cold.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the inside of the machine cleaned/sanitized as discussed at this time.

Observation: A few rodent droppings were observed on floor of the back storage room. Room is to be kept closed at all times.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating at 60'C. Temp monitoring system in place.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm Quats available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Back storage room satisfactory. Traps in place.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory, except mentioned above.
