Coolers - at 4C/40F or colder. Freezers - satisfactory.
No hot holding.
Operator on site has valid Food Safety certificate.
Food Safety plan - temperatures are being checked.
Hand washing - hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels are provided.
Chlorine in labelled spray bottles. Making fresh daily - use 1/2 tsp (2.5mL) plain bleach per 500mL of water to make 100-200ppm chlorine.
Both dishwashers have a hot water final sanitizing rinse (verified on gauge and measured inside of the machine).
Sanitation plan /cleaning schedule - Premises is clean and well organized.
Recommend pest monitoring as discussed. No obvious signs of pests.
