Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # AHEN-CFVSDE of Jun-30-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handsink was not supplied with liquid soap; staff mentioned that they had recently run out of liquid soap. Bar of soap and dishwashing detergent was observed at the 2-compartment sink. Correction: Ensure the handsink is supplied with liquid soap and bar of soap is removed from the food premises; Correct today. Follow up inspection is scheduled for Monday July 4, 2022.

Follow up inspection: -Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels. -Cotton candy machine was available on-site. Operator is aware to keep the cotton candy machine at the food premises for use and cleaning and sanitizing. -Operator informed their cotton candy machine is used for this location only.
