A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -20C or colder; walk-in-freezer was -8C (but staff putting food order away); hot holding units 71C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher had a temperature of 77.3C during the rinse cycle at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets and spray bottles had 200ppm strength.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins separate or below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks or shelves.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopy and filters clean and were professionally cleaned in August 2023. Next professionally cleaning and service due in February 2024, as per service sticker.
- Ice machine is professionally cleaned every 6 months. Staff unable to clean unit as it is fully enclosed with a dispensing unit.
- No signs of pests. Professional company contracted to monitor for pests.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All in order.

ACTION
- Debris and/or water stains found on the floor under the oven unit. Have staff move the unit and scrub the floor to remove the debris and water stains.
