Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash sinks, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigerator units were at ≤ -4C. All food stored protected and at least 6 inches off the floor. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs available. Sanitizer container and spray bottles available in the back and front of house. 200 PPM quat detected in both sanitizer solution. General organization and sanitation noted satisfactory at the time of inspection. No signs of pest at the time of inspection. Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent verified, on-site at the time of inspection - expires June 7, 2026. Permit renewed and posted in a conspicuous location.
