Follow-up inspection was conducted. Low-temperature dishwasher sanitizes at a final rinse cycle of 100 ppm chlorine residual. Test strips available for use. Staff states that only coffee urns and trays are run through the dishwasher. All other reusable items are run through the high-temperature dishwasher in the commercial kitchen.
